The platform enables customers to purchase products that incorporate original graphic works owned by Asterisco Amarelo Lda. The company manages the technological infrastructure, creative assets and order coordination necessary for the production and delivery of these products.

ON DEMAND PRODUCTION

All products offered through the platform are manufactured on demand. Production begins only after the customer’s order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.

Because items are produced specifically for each order according to the customer’s selection of design, size, color and format, products are not pre manufactured or stocked in advance.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Mr Urbina Black Shop makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications displayed on the platform are accurate. However, minor variations in color, texture, scale or final appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes or material characteristics.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the platform are expressed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer’s location and applicable legal requirements.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the platform. Orders will not enter production until payment confirmation has been received.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Asterisco Amarelo Lda reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing errors or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

In such cases, the customer will be notified and any payment received may be refunded where appropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, brand elements and visual materials available on Mr Urbina Black Shop are the exclusive intellectual property of Asterisco Amarelo Lda.

The purchase of a product does not grant any ownership rights over the designs incorporated in the product. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the designs is strictly prohibited.

USER CONDUCT

Customers agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the operation of the platform or the rights of other users.

Any attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its technical infrastructure or engage in fraudulent activities may result in suspension of access and possible legal action.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights established under applicable European Union legislation.
